【摘要】:Thisequipmentmaybeusedtobringaboutthechangesintextureonthesurfaceofpilefloorcoveringcausedbymechanicalaction.Theacceptancecriteriaofthispracticeshallbesetbymutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier.1.1ThispracticedescribestheequipmentandoperationoftheVettermanndrumtesterfortestingpileyarnfloorcoveringtoproducechangesinappearanceandcolorduetochangesinsurfacestructurebymechanicalaction.1.2Thispracticeisonlyapplicableforuseintestingunusedpilefloorcoveringofalltypes.Itisnotapplicableforuseintestingusedpileyarnfloorcoverings.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandardforallmeasurementsexceptmass.TheSI(metric)unitsforallmeasurementsexceptmassareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
