【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241providesrequirementsandrecommendationsforhuman-centreddesignprinciplesandactivitiesthroughoutthelifecycleofcomputer-basedinteractivesystems.Itisintendedtobeusedbythosemanagingdesignprocesses,andisconcernedwithwaysinwhichbothhardwareandsoftwarecomponentsofinteractivesystemscanenhancehuman–systeminteraction.NOTE1Computer-basedinteractivesystemsvaryinscaleandcomplexity.Examplesincludeoff-the-shelf(shrink-wrap)softwareproducts,customofficesystems,processcontrolsystems,automatedbankingsystems,Websitesandapplications,andconsumerproductssuchasvendingmachines,mobilephonesanddigitaltelevision.ThroughoutthispartofISO9241,suchsystemsaregenerallyreferredtoasproducts,systemsorservicesalthough,forsimplicity,sometimesonlyonetermisused.ThispartofISO9241providesanoverviewofhuman-centreddesignactivities.Itdoesnotprovidedetailedcoverageofthemethodsandtechniquesrequiredforhuman-centreddesign,nordoesitaddresshealthorsafetyaspectsindetail.Althoughitaddressestheplanningandmanagementofhuman-centreddesign,itdoesnotaddressallaspectsofprojectmanagement.TheinformationinthispartofISO9241isintendedforusebythoseresponsibleforplanningandmanagingprojectsthatdesignanddevelopinteractivesystems.Itthereforeaddressestechnicalhumanfactorsandergonomicsissuesonlytotheextentnecessarytoallowsuchindividualstounderstandtheirrelevanceandimportanceinthedesignprocessasawhole.Italsoprovidesaframeworkforhumanfactorsandusabilityprofessionalsinvolvedinhuman-centreddesign.Detailedhumanfactors/ergonomics,usabilityandaccessibilityissuesaredealtwithmorefullyinanumberofstandardsincludingotherpartsofISO9241(seeAnnexA)andISO6385,whichsetsoutthebroadprinciplesofergonomics.TherequirementsandrecommendationsinthispartofISO9241canbenefitallpartiesinvolvedinhumancentreddesignanddevelopment.AnnexBprovidesachecklistthatcanbeusedtosupportclaimsofconformancewiththispartofISO9241.NOTE2AnnexAandtheBibliographycontaininformationaboutrelevantrelatedstandards.
