【摘要】:ThispartofISO14528specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpowdermouldingcompounds(PMCs).Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePMCsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1.Othertestmethodsinwideusefor,orofparticularsignificanceto,PMCsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO14528,asarethedesignatorypropertiesfoundinISO14528-1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
