【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60300providesguidelinesforthecollectionofdatarelatingtoreliability,maintainability,availabilityandmaintenancesupportperformanceofitemsoperatinginthefield.Itdealsingeneraltermswiththepracticalaspectsofdatacollectionandpresentationandbrieflyexplorestherelatedtopicsofdataanalysisandpresentationofresults.Emphasisismadeontheneedtoincorporatethereturnofexperiencefromthefieldinthedependabilityprocessasamainactivity.Thisstandardcanbeappliedduringmonitoringofapopulationsampleor,morewidely,ofwholepopulations.Itisapplicable,withoutrestrictiontodiverseitems,fromcomponentstosystemsandnetworks,includinghardware,softwareandman/machineinteractions.Theitemsconsideredmayhavebeendesigned,manufactured,installed,operatedandmaintainedbyoneormoreorganizations.Thisstandardappliestoallpossiblerelationshipsbetweensuppliersandusers.Itappliestosituationswheresomeitemsmayberepairedonsitewhileothersmayonlybereplacedonsiteandrepairedatcentralizedfacilities.Norecommendationsaremade,however,ofhowtoorganizemaintenancesupport.
