【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftherelativeeffectivenessofwoodpreservativesinroundpostssetinthegroundinfieldplots.Twotestsaredescribed,oneforsmall(3to5in.(80to130mm)indiameter)sapwoodpostswhichisthepreferredtestifmajorinterestliesintestingthepreservativewhenfairlyevenlydistributedthroughoutthepiece,andthesecondforlargeposts(7to10in.(180to250mm)indiameter)whichispreferredwhenthepreservativeistestedunderconditionsofgradientretentionanddistributionnormallyencounteredincommercialoperations.Therequirementsforpreparationofthematerialfortestingandthetestproceduresappearasfollows:Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIequivalentsofinch-poundunitsmaybeapproximate.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoelectronicequipmentwhichcontrolselectricalheating.InthisEuropeanStandard,equipmentsaretestedtoverifyconformitywithtechnicalcharacteristicsofthematerialsgivenbythemanufacturer.NOTEIItdescribesoptimalstart-stopheatingfunctions.Itdoesnotincludecontrolsforstoragefunctionsandcontrolsforlowestenergycostbycontrollingthechargingoftheheatingsystem.TheparticularequipmenttowhichthisEuropeanStandardappliescoversboth:~stand-alonestartoptimisersorstart-stopoptimisers,takingprioritytothemaincontrollerduringperiods;~controllerswhichcontainanintegratedoptimumstartoranoptimumstart-stopcontrolfunction;~Electricalequipmentwhichincludesthisfunction,mayincludesother.NOTE2Electricalheatingsystemsabletobecontrolledbythesedevices(e.g.:directheating,mixedheatingsystemsincludingbaseandsupplement,typeofemitters,typeofstorageheatingsystems,floorheating...)areindicatedinthetechnicaldocumentsofthemanufacturer.Instructionstoadapttheparametersofdevicestothesystemstowhichtheyapplyareindicatedinthesedocuments.Theoptimumstart-stopfunctioncanbeintegratedwithinamaincontroldevicesuchasanoutsidetemperaturecompensated(OTC)controller.InthiscasethecontrollerwouldbeexpectedtomeetbothEN12098-3andthisdocument.Itappliesbothtoadaptiveandfixedparameterscontrolfunctionsandsetsminimumacceptablestandardsforfunctions,performanceanddocumentation.Additionalfunctions,e.g.:-adaptivefunctions,-tariffcompensatedfunction,forcostoptimisationapplicableformorecomplextariffs,includingmorethantwolevels,-functiontakingaccountothermeasuresandotherparametersintroducedsupplementaryparametersshouldbeabletobetheobjectofrequirementsandtestmethodascomplementtothisEuropeanStandard.SafetysystemsandheatingcontrolsystemsremainunaffectedbythisEuropeanStandard.TheactuatorsarenotcoveredinthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverheatemitters.Thiscontrolequipmentcanbeconnectedtoadatanetwork.Inputandoutputsignalcanbeprocessedbyanalogueordigitaltechniques.
