【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardintroducestheconcepttocheckthereliabilityandfunctionalityofreusedpartsandtheirusagewithinnewproducts.Italsoprovidesinformationandcriteriaaboutthetests/analysisrequiredforproductscontainingsuchreusedparts,whicharedeclared"qualified-as-good-as-new"relativetothedesignedlifeoftheproduct.Inthisstandard,theterm"product"coverselectrical,electro-mechanical,mechanicalpartsorhardwarethatmaycontainsoftware."Qualified-as-good-as-new"doesnotapplytosoftwareproducts,conceptsandideas.Thepurposeofthisstandardistoensurebytestsandanalysisthatthereliabilityandfunctionalityofanewproductcontainingreusedpartsiscomparabletoaproductwithonlynewparts.Thiswouldjustifythemanufacturergrantingthenextcustomerthefullwarrantyoftheproductwith"qualified-as-good-as-new"parts.NOTEThisstandardcanalsobeappliedinproducingproductspecificstandardsbytechnicalcommitteesresponsibleforanapplicationsector.
