【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesarelativelysimpleandreliablemicroscopicalmeansofmeasuringthephaseabundanceofportlandcementclinker(Note1).MicroscopicalpointcountingprovidesadirectmeasureoftheclinkerphasecompositionincontrasttothecalculatedBoguephasecomposition(Note2).Note18212;Thistestmethodutilizesareflectedlightmicroscope.Relatedmethodssuchastransmittedlightmicroscopy,scanningelectronmicroscopy,andautomatedimagingtechniquesmayalsobeusedforclinkeranalysisbutarenotpresentlyincludedinthistestmethod.Note28212;Thistestmethodallowsdirectdeterminationoftheproportionofeachindividualphaseinportland-cementclinker.ThistestmethodisintendedtoprovideanalternativetotheindirectestimationofphaseproportionusingtheequationsinSpecificationC150(footnoteCinTablenumber1andfootnoteBinTablenumber2).Thistestmethodassumestheoperatorisqualifiedtooperateareflectedlightmicroscopeandtherequiredaccessories,isabletocorrectlypreparepolishedsectionsandusenecessaryetchants,andisabletocorrectlyidentifytheconstituentphases.Thistestmethodmaybeusedaspartofaqualitycontrolprogramincementmanufacturingaswellasatroubleshootingtool.Microscopiccharacterizationofclinkerphasesmayalsoaidincorrelatingcementpropertiesandcementperformanceinconcrete,totheextentthatpropertiesandperformanceareafunctionofphasecomposition.1.1Thistestmethodcoversasystematicprocedureformeasuringthepercentagevolumeofthephasesinportlandcementclinkerbymicroscopy.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.
