【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribestheparamagneticmethod,includingthesamplingandthegasconditioningsystem,todeterminetheoxygenconcentrationsinfluegasesemittedtotheatmospherefromductsandstacks.ThisEuropeanStandardistheStandardReferenceMethod(SRM)forperiodicmonitoringandforthecalibrationorcontrolofAutomaticMeasuringSystems(AMS)permanentlyinstalledonastack,forregulatorypurposesorotherpurposes.TobeusedastheSRM,theusershalldemonstratethattheperformancecharacteristicsofthemethodarebetterthantheperformancecriteriadefinedinthisEuropeanStandardandthattheoveralluncertaintyofthemethodislessthan±6,0%ofthemeasuredconcentration.NOTEWhenparamagnetismisthemeasurementprincipleusedforAMS,referenceshouldbemadetoEN14181andotherrelevantstandardsprovidedbyCEN/TC264.AnalternativemethodtothisSRMmaybeusedprovidedthattheusercandemonstrateequivalenceaccordingtotheTechnicalSpecificationCEN/TS14793,tothesatisfactionofhisnationalaccreditationbodyorlaw.ThisStandardReferenceMethodhasbeenevaluatedduringfieldtestsonwasteincineration,co-incinerationandlargecombustioninstallations.Ithasbeenvalidatedforsamplingperiodsof30minintherange:5%to26%.Oxygenconcentrationvalues,expressedin%volume,areusedinordertoallowemissionmeasurementsofpollutantstobestandardisedtothereferenceO2concentrationanddrygasconditionsrequiredbythefollowingCouncilDirectives:?CouncilDirective2001/80/EConthelimitationofemissionsofcertainpollutantsintotheairfromlargecombustionplants;?CouncilDirective2000/76/EConwasteincinerationplants.
