【摘要】:ThisdocumentestablishestherequirementsfordevelopingandimplementinganeffectivePipelinePersonnelQualificationProgram(qualificationprogram)utilizingacombinationoftechnicallybaseddata,acceptedindustrypractices,andconsensus-baseddecisions.TheStandardalsooffersguidanceandexamplesofavarietyofmethodsthatmaybeusedtomeetselectedrequirements.TheStandardspecifiestherequirementsforidentifyingcoveredtasksthatimpactthesafetyorintegrityofpipelines,forqualifyingindividualstoperformthosetasks,andformanagingthequalificationsofpipelinepersonnel.Withthefollowingexceptions,thisStandardappliestotasksthatimpactthesafetyorintegrityofpipelines:(a)designorengineeringtasks(b)tasksthatareprimarilyintendedtoensurepersonnelsafety

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60512,whenrequiredbythedetailspecification,isusedfortestingconnectorswithinthescopeoftechnicalcommittee48.Itmayalsobeusedforsimilardeviceswhenspecifiedinadetailspecification.TheobjectofthispartofIEC60512istodetailastandardtestmethodtoassesstheeffectivenessoftheelasticsystemofcontactstoresistdamagefromtheinsertionofaspecifiedtestprobe.Althoughthistestisintendedforcylindricalcontacts,theuseforcontactswithothergeometriesisnotexcluded.Inwhichcase,thedetailspecificationshouldcontainsufficientdetail,givenundertheClause5f),toenablethetesttobedone.
