【摘要】:Thisinternationalproductfamilystandardappliestotransformers,reactors,powersupplyunitsandcombinationsthereofcoveredbytheIEC61558seriesofstandards.Thisstandarddealswiththeelectromagneticcompatibilityrequirementsforemissionandimmunitywithinthefrequencyrange0Hz-400GHz.Nomeasurementneedstobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementisspecified.Transformers,reactors,powersupplyunitsandcombinationsthereofdeliveredwithorincorporatedinanapplianceorequipmentshouldfollowtherelevantEMCstandardapplicabletothatapplianceorequipment.However,thisstandardmaybeusedasaguidetotestthetransformers,reactors,powersupplyunitsandcombinationsthereofseparatelybeforeincorporatingthemintheapplianceorequipment.ThisEMCstandardcoversperformanceonly.Otheroperationsofthetransformers,reactorsandpowersupplyunits(e.g.simulatedfaultsintheelectriccircuitryfortestingpurposesorfunctionalsafetyduetotheeffectsoftheelectromagneticphenomena,orevaluationofhumanbeingforexposuretoelectromagneticfields(EMF))havenotbeentakenintoconsiderationinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:–uninterruptiblepowersupplies(UPS)coveredbyIEC62040series;–powersupplyunitscoveredbyIEC61204-3,(i.e.DC-DCconverters,DCpoweranddistributionequipmentandpowersupplyunitsforuseinapplicationscoveredbyIEC60950-1,IEC61010-1,IEC60601-1,IEC60065andIEC62368-1);–powersuppliesandconvertersforusewithorinproductscoveredbyIEC61347-1.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidelinestotestforbiasoverawiderangeofmassmeasurementtechniques,toestimatetheprecisionforeachtech-niqueandtocalculatetheprecisionforwetmasswhenestimatedbyapplyingoneofthosetechniques.Theguidelinesarebasedontheapplicationofstatisti-calteststoverifythatamassmeasurementtech-niqueisunbiased,toestimatethevarianceasthemostbasicmeasureforitsprecisionandtocheckthelinearityofastaticscaleoveritsworkingrange.Cali-brationmethodsandperformancetestsforcompli-ancewithapplicableregulationsgeneratetestresultsthatcanbeusedtoquantifyprecisionandbiasforeachofthesemassmeasurementtechniquesandtoverifylinearityforstaticweighingdevices.Theguidelinesapplytomassmeasurementtech-niquesusedtoestimatethewetmassforcargoesorshipmentsofmineralconcentrateasthebasisforfreightandinsurancechargesandforpreliminarypaymentsorforfinalsettlementsbetweentradingpartners.Theapplicationofstaticscalesrequiresthatatleastonecertifiedweightwithamassofnolessthanone(1)tonnebeeitheravailableonlocationorbroughtinforcalibrationpurposes,andthatthiscertifiedweightbeapplicabletothescaleinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'srecommendations.Asetofcertifiedweightscoveringtheentireworkingrangeofaweighingdevicesimplifiestheprocessofverifyingitsstateofcalibration,estimatingitsprecisionasafunc-tionofappliedloadandtestingitslinearityovertheworkingrange.
